Organization & Management Structure
The organizational structure of AIMS has been developed to meet the requirements of present and future projects which are on the basis of proper distribution of responsibilities, authorities and job phase interfaces.
Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Respect for the environment are inseparable from each other and integral to our business and mindset. AIMS designs these core values into its provided services and track performance throughout the business by working closely with its Clients, Suppliers and Sub-Contractors to implement a comprehensive Integrated Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSSE) management system, based on below five (05) elements of the international standards, which relate the commitment to the management process; objectives and goals of the System, implementation of the System, audit and feedback mechanisms, and regular review and improvement of the System.

Safety of every AIMS employee is our top priority and provide training in accordance to recognizable international standards, for example, Radiation Safety Courses, Dangerous Goods Declaration courses, Working at height Awareness, etc in order to achieve NO HARMs to the employees so that everyone can GO HOME SAFELY.
